From a Philadelphia librarian who purchased copies of 94 Maidens for her free public library so that everyone could enjoy the book and an extra copy just for herself! Many, many thanks, Deb! Glad you found it a quick, meaningful read! Your recommendation is so very much appreciated!!
A must-read! Beautifully written! Read it in one weekend. Based on true events of the most horrific time in history. A must-read!”

You can help them establish a Skype media center from which they can reach more students, in more classrooms, and all at one time!
Their crowdfunding campaign “Skype Holocaust Survivor Programs into Classrooms” begins today!
Here are a few ways to help:
- Donate! Everything helps. Even small donations have a big impact.
- Post to Facebook/Twitter, etc. – The more people who hear about this fundraising effort, the more likely HAMEC can meet its target.
- Share with your community – Call/email your friends, tell your co-workers, make an announcement at your organization’s event to spread the word.
Indiegogo Generosity has zero platform fees, so your donation goes farther to help reach its goal.
Need more incentive? An angel donor has promised to add an extra $1 for every $2 donated through Oct. 15.

You inspire!! God bless!
From Goodreads: “A beautifully written book about the German/Jewish Holocaust and a family that lived through the hell. This is a true, interwoven story that captures your attention from the first pages and true attitude of people who just don’t understand. Teenage attitude, husband’s impatience all turn into a rare opportunity to learn not just about the Holocaust but to learn about your family and the history of survival. It is a quick read, mostly because you just can not stop!” by Carol
Thank you, Carol! Your kind words are so insightful and very much appreciated! I agree, life is full of opportunities to learn. We just have to remain open to it. I hope everyone finds 94 Maidens as meaningful as you did! ~ Rhonda
