5.0 out of 5 stars Inspired by true events, 94 Maidens is an unforgettable story of heroism, resistance, martyrdom, and survival. By Jeannie Bon
“Written by Rhonda Fink-Whitman, a well respected #Jewish educator, whose mother endured the Holocaust. An authentic emotion churning telling of the atrocities yes, but more importantly of the courage and tenacity of these 94 maidens. Read it!!”
Thank you, Jeannie Bon! Your exciting synopsis and wonderful 5-star review are appreciated more than words can say! ~ Rhonda
Former Nazi officer Oskar Groening, known as the “Accountant of Auschwitz”, was sentenced today to serve four years in a German prison for his crimes against humanity.
He was at the gate when 94 Maidens‘ Manfred arrived.

While four years doesn’t seem like nearly enough of a punishment to fit the crime, the German ruling sets a good precedent for the world to see and take note.
Wishing everyone a very Happy Independence Day!
God bless America and Happy Birthday to Rhonda!!!
A Tale of Two Stories
“94 Maidens is part historical novel, part reality investigation. Rhonda Fink-Whitman transports us back to the time of the Holocaust, and spares no one of the horrors. You see the violence and oppression of Nazi Germany towards Europe’s Jews, and through the eyes of girls and young women caught up in it.
You are then shifted to a real time investigation by the author and her family for a history they didn’t completely count on.
From evidence and conversations, we find history is forgotten, but in some cases not even learned. No spoilers…you have to follow Rhonda’s story, and those of the Maidens to the end. You are reminded of what happened, and the story will stay with you.
Well done, Rhonda, well done.”
Aww! Thank you so much, tgfabthunderbird! That is a most wonderfully written review and the best kind of birthday present for me! “In some cases not even learned”…you got that right! Couldn’t have said it better myself! Have a fabulous fourth! ~ With love, Rhonda
